Whether you’ve been meditating for years or you’ve never meditated before, this program is holistically designed for anyone. All you need is to commit to the program’s schedule, and you will see changes within the first few weeks.

We’ll begin with an individual Discovery Coaching call that enables you to determine what it is that you truly want to change about your current lifestyle.
Then you will attend twice-weekly group meditation sessions via Zoom to begin the transformative process of creating new neural pathways toward healthier habits and lifestyle
After Week 3, we’ll do an individual Assessment Coaching call to check in on your progress. This will keep you on track to see the changes that you desire for your life.
During the final week, we’ll do an individual Evaluation Coaching call to ensure that you are taking the steps toward healthier habits and a more balanced lifestyle moving forward.

This 6-Week Meditation Program runs from Tuesday, January 19 - Thursday, February 25.
Meditation Sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:45pm – 7:30pm. (The live guided meditation is approximately 25 minutes.)
Price for 12 meditation sessions and 3 private coaching calls is $1495.00.
