Meditation is the practice of becoming familiar with the self. Mindfulness meditation takes that one step further and teaches you not only who you are in the world, but all that life has to offer you.

Offered only to my coaching clients, this is a one-on-one teaching of the practice of meditation. In learning meditation with me, you will come to see the benefits of knowing and understanding yourself within the first few weeks of practice. 

This practice will enable you to access your clearest sense of self. You will learn how to spend time in the present moment allowing time to expand and slow down. You will see your mind become less cluttered and less reactive to life’s challenges. You will be able to make decisions with more certainty. You will begin to see what life has to teach you and gain a greater sense of gratitude for all that you have and all that you are.

If you live locally, I can do in-home meditation sessions with you 2 times/week. You can choose between a 6-week or a 12-week package. If you work full-time or live outside the area of Fernandina, I can set up tele-sessions with you instead.
