Coaching Program starts by designing a Well-Being Vision Statement describing what you will be doing within the next 3 months of your life. We will also set up weekly goals that will move you toward your Well-Being Vision Statement. From there we will connect weekly for 12 coaching sessions. After just a few weeks, you will see these goals becoming new habits.
It sounds so simple because it is.
All sessions are done via phone calls (tele-sessions). The first session takes about 90 minutes and is where we create the Well-Being Vision Statement. We take an inventory of your values and motivators, your strengths and challenge areas. During that session we look at what you really want for your life, as well as your successes, your passions, and wishes. Some topics may include weight change, eating habits, exercise, fitness, sports, relationships, parenting, mental clarity, healthier sleep patterns, etc. We can include whatever you want to improve in your life. Then we design the Well-Being Vision Statement that clearly states what you will be doing on a regular basis within 3 months.
The next 12 sessions take about 30 minutes each. During these weekly phone calls, we discuss your successes and challenges creating not only an accountability system, but a supportive co-journeying experience that enables you to move forward toward that Well-Being Vision Statement.
Within 4 weeks you will begin to notice that your outlook on life is lighter, you’re not carrying life’s challenges all by yourself and you’ll have a better sense of confidence and self-esteem. Many of my clients tell me that they feel a greater sense of joy because they feel like they are in control of their lives. You will become a creator of what you would like your life to be like.
All sessions are held in strictest confidence as stated in the coaching contract.
